FAQ
Can Roya change anything in my systems?
No. Read access only. It can't post an entry, edit a deal, or move money.
Do you train on my data?
No. Roya learns your business from your settings and your corrections, stored against your account and used for your account only.
How long does setup take?
Signing in to your systems is the whole setup. First flags the same day.
What if a flag is wrong?
Every flag has a “that's wrong” button. The correction sticks and Roya stops raising it.
My books are messy. Does that matter?
Messy is the normal case. When Roya isn't sure two records are the same thing, it asks instead of guessing.
What happens if I leave?
Disconnect a system and its data is deleted from ours. Close the account and everything goes.
